Resurrection of "The Sunlight on Litigation Act"
, this bipartisan bill has been kicked around since 2005 and floundered
in committee since 2014, it only seems to resurface (for some reason)
after death occurs only to flounder again.
I
plan on Drafting, publish and promote A "Defiance of Common Sense Act"
of which would charge officials with homicide when obstruction in
defiance of common sense caused a death, resulting from fighting a
product safety recall. Example a defective safety device that sounds
like a gunshot strikes a driver in the head and reaction causes an
accident or rollover causing fatalities(s)
