I thought this was an interesting conversation as to if I would be unfair in use of the word convict, as would commonly be applied to a person, if it were Corporation with repeated offenses. 

After-all Corporations claim people status when advantageous, like Citizens United.

Sad part is; The unsuspecting good, honest, employees forced to do the bidding of corrupt and unethical leadership, what a shame the right hand does not know what the corrupt left is doing..
