🟩 Back, But Not Just for This
Let’s get this part out of the way.
If you’re here because you heard about my case against FCA — yes, it’s real.
I filed in Arizona Superior Court.
FCA quietly removed the case to federal court without timely notice to me or the State of Arizona, FCA was just 6 days away from default judgment.
They never answered in state court, and I wasn’t given a chance to object in federal court before the removal was finalized, that should be against the law - in my opinion, Allegedly of course.
Over 40 Days with pending Americans With Disabilities act (ADA) accommodations request from State Court carried over to Federal Dist Court un-answered. That should be illigal- in my opinion, Allegedly of course.

But this site isn’t about only that case.
It’s about why I came back as an advocate, My life story of peaceful advocacy — and why I won’t be silent again.
🧭 Why This Site Exists
I’ve spent more than 30 years working in quiet, bipartisan, peaceful advocacy.
No sponsors. No headlines. No social media storm-chasing.
But after that AHR deployment —
after learning that FCA had already begun decontaminating a known defect using alcohol in 2017, while keeping the public in the dark —
something clicked.
I was nearly off disability.
I was preparing for vocational recovery.
And then I got catapulted back to the stone age — by a spring-loaded device behind my head, in a parked Jeep.
It reminded me:
We’re still up against silence, not just danger.
And silence doesn’t end by itself.
📜 My Advocacy Didn't Start Here
This isn’t my first campaign.
It’s just the first one with QR codes.
In the early 1990s, I wrote under the pen name Annoni Mouse
(not to be confused with the hacktivist group Anonymous)
Using a typewriter and a copier, I distributed handbills in support of tribal sovereignty and Indian gaming in Arizona, placing them on public bulletin boards before most people knew what "Indian gaming" meant.
Since then, my causes have included:
🎖️ Veterans causes
🎨 Artist rights
⚖️ Free speech and nonpartisan civic participation
🚸 Gang prevention and youth outreach
🔧 Consumer safety
🧠 AI-assisted legal and medical tools for the disabled, enabling the failed mantra of "justice for all" - not just the rich and powerful corporate elites..
Always peaceful.
Always unfiltered.
Never paid.
🧠 Two Kinds of Headrests. Two Kinds of Advocacy.
There are now two kinds of head restraints:
Static — simple, familiar, honest
Active (AHRs) — Potential defective mechanical rabbit punches nobody asked for, waiting behind your skull. FCA states basically that the AHR has virtually Zero chance of harm. I say it would have zero chance of harm if manufactured with same mechanism that acts like a parachute on a dragster when the head makes contact - except no need to deploy 2 times faster than an airbag, it would already be fully extended to begin with, zero need for the word "active" in a head rest, no need for any deployment at all. It would have the same marginal improvement of safety as IIHS testing reports, it might have looked a bit more bulky as modern Head restraints do, which leads to the question, Was it a design for Cosmetic reasons as opposed to safety? Just my opinions, allegedly of course.
There are also two kinds of advocacy:
I was the second kind.
Still am.
FCA (fka Chrysler) has a history of repeat criminal probation sentences and massive fines, for fraud and treating people unfairly, even 2 Jury convictions of that over the defective AHR devices. I do not believe they intend to treat me fairly by measure of the majority of public common sense, after my medical disclosures, statements and their own words are seen and of course first being informed what is behind peoples heads to begin with.
FCA now has new leadership, hopefully they will change their minds and reach out to me with fair compensation as well refund the tax payers for their portion paid to my 3 level neck fusion, tbi, ptsd, speech therapy bills paid by Medicare and medicade, but im not holding my breath on that.
Though i've now improved with determination I am again attempting to exit social security disability and on the Social Security program Ticket to Work but am funding this PSA and my portion of medical expenses out of pocket. My continuing Ptsd Treatment is entirely paid out of pocket, my neruo surgeon on of the best in the world requires 20%. My last fusion cost around 250K, then add on the year of speech therapy, I think you get the picture.
Any assistance you can offer is greatly appriciated I still have medical bills that I believe FCA is responsible for that I pay out of pocket, as well expenses to inform you, the public, of what you were not informed, to make up your own minds of who is telling the whole truth and nothing but, in the court of public opinion.
